Here is a review/my setup on season 2019 Mondraker Bikes Summum. I’m only talking about the keyfeatures on this bike.

Frame specifications
All the Mondrakers full suspension bikes are equipped with the Zero suspension system. It means that the shock is not attached to front triangle. It sits between the upper and lower swingarm. I can tell, the bike’s rear end for sure feels like its glued to the ground, because the shock compresses from both ends. The summum comes with an coil shock. You may think that the frame is too linear, well i dont feel like bottoming out the shock. (i have the stock 450lbs spring) Alltough if you are heavier or more aggressive rider, the frame may bottom out. Its pretty common issue on all coilshocks cause the coil is linear. For that issue the is progressive coils out there, but they can be expensive (like the MRP one is something like 130€). This bike comes with Fox van rc shock. It offers rebound and compression adjustments. Its pretty impressive in this pircepoint, im happy with it.
Components
I had the 2017 Summum before this, and i can say that this one is equipped with much better components than the -17 or -18 models.
The previous models had coil forks, i did like the Marzocchi 380, but this Boxxer is more tunable. This fork is 200mm equipped with 35mm stanchions and 6 clicks of compression, 24 clicks of rebound and adjustable airpressure. What makes this fork very sensitive is for sure charger cartidge damper. I have a Mondraker Dune 2020 equipped with Debonair Yari. That fork feels very sticky compared to the Boxxer. I think the stickhion on the Yari is caused by the open bath damper (motion control). So point is, the boxxer is tunable and sensitive.The fork is the highlight on this bike in my opinion. The Rockshox Boxxer CR Debonair is very sensitive and tunable. You can adjust the ramp up with tokens (max 6) and i recommed to use few, cause this fork is very linear without.
